Computer Club meets two or three times every month and is always accepting new members. Meeting times will be flexible during the winter sports season. Meetings may take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, but usually on Wednesdays.
Computer Club spends time video editing, working on office applications and web page design, and surfing the Web for online music, computer-related topics, and for our own self-interest. Also, this year we will be using the sound booth and video booth in the Media Center for various video production projects for school events. As part of our school volunteerism, we will use our expertise in computer topics to mentor other students and/or teachers in the Media Center, before, during, or after school.
As well, Fremd's Computer Club holds an annual Valentine's Day computer matchmaking fundraiser and sponsors certain school activities, such as Writer's Week.
