The PSAT  will be given at Fremd on Wednesday, October 17 at 7:30am.  Registration is online thru the Fremd website from Monday, September 17 at 7:00am to Friday, September 21 at 3:00pm.  Space is limited and registration is first come, first serve. 

ACT prep for English, reading and science will begin September 27th in room 163 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. If you have any questions email Mrs. Koller at tkoller@d211.org

Internet Club -  Come Join the Internet Club Tuesday, Sept. 25  Room 223 ~ 2:50-4:00pm

Interested in pursuing a career within the education field?  An enrichment program that meets on Saturdays for gifted children from PreK- Grade 8 at Quest Academy in Palatine is looking for TA’s. The fall session runs for 8 weeks, Sept. 29- Nov 17, from 9-11:30. It is a very fun and hands on TA position that will give lots of great experience within the classroom setting and the pay is $30 per Saturday.

October 3 – Entertainment Careers -Join us on a career trek to Medieval Times Wednesday, October3, periods 2-5.

October 5 – Animal Care Careers - Join us on a career trek to Brookfield Zoo, Friday, October 5, periods 1-7.  

October 17 – Applied Math Careers - Join us on a career trek to BMO Harris Bank – Actuary, Statistician, Accountant, and Investment Banker will speak about their careers, Wednesday,  October 17, periods 3-6.
