Elise Ference
Coach
The 2011-12 season will be Coach Ference's first
season as an assistant coach of the girls team. Prior to coaching at
Fremd, Coach Ference was an assistant coach at Palatine High School.
Words from Ference:
My objective for all my gymnasts goes beyond the skills learned in
the gym. I strive to help motivate gymnasts to work together as a
team to better themselves as a whole. The sport of gymnastics does
far more for participants than showcase talent and ability, but
rather enhances team-building, organization, time management,
responsibility, and above all having fun! Gymnastics brings many
challenges, however it is my goal to encourage gymnasts to look at
challenge as nothing more than an opportunity to learn and succeed.

Allison Holysz
CoachThe 2011-2012 season will be Coach Holysz's second year as an assistant coach for the girls' team at Fremd.
Prior to coaching at Fremd, Coach Holysz was an assistant coach at
Larkin High School.
Words from Holysz: Working in the sport of gymnastics is a very
rewarding process. It is great to help gymnasts process both
physically and mentally through the sport. There are many
aspects of the sport that not only help them in the gym, but in
whole life in general.
