After hitting SUBMIT, you must Print out parking application confirmation page, be sure to have appropriate signatures, carefully read the Student Driving/Parking Regulations prior to signing your name and drop-off parking application confirmation form to Discipline Office.

Your application will not be processed unless we receive the signed application confirmation form by the due date.  Late entries will be placed on a waiting list.
