Students can access the online version of Microsoft Office
through their D211 student email account. Please stop by the
Technology area of the Media Center for more information or

End of School Year Notes
Retiring Teachers and Teachers Leaving Fremd
Your H-drive and Email account will expire during the
summer. Please forward email to another email provider and
copy H-drive files to a CD/DVD. The Tech Staff can assist
you!
Returning Teachers
Please be sure to remove obsolete files, music, videos and
photos you no longer need for class, from your H-drive. We
are always in need of additional server storage space.

You may keep your laptop/tablet PC through the summer for
curriculum work. Michael Bachrodt will let you know when you
need to return your computer for imaging/replacement.
DEG Final Exam Tips

The DEG WILL get bogged down with so many teachers using it
this week. Please close out of the DEG when you are not
using it.

Quarterly attendance printing as well as any
DEG grading scale, Grade Screen, and Score
screen printing will also be slow. Please
be patient. Wait for your quarter attendance
and other DEG printing to actually print
before switching to another class. This will
save you one big headache!

scanners in drop-in lab for you to use.
