Mrs. Olsen has been rockin’ peoples’ socks off since the tender age of 3 when she got hold of her dad’s Linda Ronstadt EP and “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” became a lifelong lip synching favorite. By age 15, she’d hit it big with her lip-synch rock band The Flying Apples. They began by recording videos in Olsen’s basement to the musical styling of Ricky Martin, Britney Spears, and those guys who sing “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.” Olsen was on the verge of international superstardom; but then, tragedy struck. The Flying Apples were forced to hang up their hairbrush microphones in favor of college. With the band split up, Olsen set her eyes on a rocker, whom she later married so that she could live out her rock star fantasies vicariously through him. When asked to join FANBOYS, Olsen’s spark and passion for life once again returned.
