Notecards are notes on an index card. ONLY one idea, or note, is allowed per card. It’s similar to taking notes in a spiral except you put it on a notecard. With each new idea or time where you’d write down something from your reading, you start a new card with the correct formatting.
Formatting includes a source number (to match the bibiocard source number) in the upper right hand corner, a note in the center, a keyword on the top line and the page number at the bottom right (or “Online” if internet or “CD-ROM” if from a cd-rom source).

Bibliography Cards contain the bibliography information (see Fremd Writing Style Manual for correct formatting, depending of the source type), and a source number. If you have 8 sources, you have 8 source numbers. These source numbers match the notecard source numbers for all the notecards you take from that particular source. There are no running numbers to count how many cards you are using.
