William Fremd High School's Writers Week is an annual celebration of writing. During Writers Week, Fremd students, faculty, and staff learn about the art and craft of writing from nationally-known and local authors, as well as from student and faculty authors. Since its beginning in 1995, Writers Week has brought more than one hundred writers to the Fremd campus in Palatine, Illinois.
