For practice:
Be here - be on time - and if you can't, tell your coach a
day in advance!!!!
Meets:
We can't accurately prepare for our meets if we expect to have certain
contestants and then we have team members cancel on the last minute because they
have other club/sport commitments. CHECK YOUR CALENDARS!!!! We need
to know ASAP if there are any meets you cannot attend. Please cross check
your calendars with other events.
