  1:  Using the diet recording sheet, record your diet for 3 days.  Then analyze your diet on the NATS 2.0 website. (http://nat.crgq.com/)

    6:  Design a Personal Fitness Program to be done at home with a parent.  Then perform the routine with a parent for one week.  Record and chart both you and your parent's heart rate before exercise, immediately after exercise and five minutes after exercise.  Use the following links to help:

    7:  Create a one day diet that will provide healthier alternatives.  Explain the reasons this diet provides healthier alternative in a one page paper.

    8:  Using the parent interview sheet, interview your parents about the importance of daily exercise and a healthy diet.  Make sure to ask them what they do for exercise, what they eat on a regular basis and what changes they would make to improve their wellness.
