P.E. Dress Policies and Procedures

First Incident- warning is verbally given to the student, and an incident report is filed.

Second Incident- A phone call to parents is made and the result of the conversation is recorded.

Third Incident- Meet with student and department chair.  Call parent, contact counselor and administrator. 

Fourth Incident- Meeting with department chair, student and parent.

Fifth Incident- Student is sent to administrator and discipline action is given.

Sixth Incident- Student fails for the quarter.
