The Fremd Science Department:

• offers 17 different courses in science.
• teaches close to 2700 students this year.
• prepares approximately 110 lab sections every week.
• is the second largest department in the school with 22 members.
• consists of 13 men and 9 women.
• has 19 members with a Masters Degree (85% of the department).
• has several members who have taught in local colleges or have given workshops or presentations at other schools.
• has a partnership with Motorola, testing new products.
