Google Docs Naming & Grading Instructions
In order to use Google Documents to turn in work, it is very important that you follow the following format when naming your documents.

 

Class Period-Student Last Name-Assignment



So a student in period 5 is turning in a “Imperialism” assignment would label their work like this:

5-lastname-imperialism



In order for me to receive this assignment and grade it you have to make sure to complete the following step.  Once you have finished your work you must SHARE it with me in the SHARE SETTINGS using this email address:

 

mbrotsos@d211.org



Once you turn it in (share it with me) I will grade it and rename it by adding “graded” after the file name.  It will look like this:

5-lastname-imperialism-graded



You will see comments and the grade added to the document. I may occasionally ask you to make corrections to your assignment.  If that happens you should resubmit the assignment by adding revision to the end of the document name like this:

5-lastname-imperialism-revisions
