is a combination resource and strategies course.
The course has been designed to meet the following goals:

To prepare students to be independent learners

To raise students levels of self-awareness

To assist students in
making informed decisions about their future.
| Learning Disabilities Resource |
The Learning Disabilities Resource Program and LRP Resource Programs are resource programs providing individual help to students who have been diagnosed with specific learning disabilities. The programs are designed to provide the diagnostic, therapeutic, remedial, and compensatory assistance necessary to enable the student to function adequately in the mainstream school environment.
| Support Center |
The Support Center is designed to extend the continuum of services for those students whose behavioral/emotional problems require more extensive assistance than can be provided through resource programs. Maximum teacher attention and individualized course work is provided while maintaining the student within the regular high school.
| General Studies |
The General Studies Program is a cross-categorical program designed to meet the needs of learning disabled and/or behavior disordered/emotional disordered students. The basic goal of this program is to provide individualized, supportive educational environment in which students can learn and experience success and improve their academic and behavioral skills.
| Self Contained Program |
This program was established to address the needs of students that require a small contained setting to meet behavioral/emotional challenges. Their individual needs yearn for a more restrictive environment to assist in academic instruction and provide therapeutic interventions. A behavior modification system provides structure with room for growth and success. Some goals for the program include helping students to takes responsibility for their own feelings and actions, improving emotional stability and attaining academic success toward graduation credits.
