  • Junior-level students should register for the ACT or SAT tests during this year.  We have registration forms in the Student Services Office, or you may register online. Please consult with your counselor to determine which tests are appropriate. Click here  to access our FAQ page regarding the new Writing Test that will be an optional part of the ACT.

  • EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The ACT  test now includes  a new, optional writing component. Juniors should check with their colleges to learn whether or not each college will require the ACT Writing Test.  For the most up-to-date information, please check the ACT  website,  contact your son or daughter's counselor, or contact specific colleges . We are pleased to offer several free or low-cost options to help you.
Fremd HS Test Prep Scroll down the page for information about this option. it is offered after school, is computer-based, and there is no cost. (The program begins in late September.)
Harper College Test Prep class Follow the link to the Harper College website. This is a classroom-based review program that is lower in cost than most private review classes.

 

There are many other private resources available to you.

We have listed only a few resources here. Please consult web sites or the telephone directory for a more complete listing. We have no method of evaluating the effectiveness or appropriateness of private test prep classes.
