What are Career Treks?

Career treks are Career related field trips organized through Mrs. Oakes, the Career Advisor.  These are supervised and take place during the school day.  Classes missed do not count as absences.

 

How Do I Get A Permission Slip for a Trek?

Students can pick up a slip from the rack outside Mrs. Oakes's Office in Student Services for a specific upcoming trek…or download a generic permission slip from this site and fill in the information. 

 

All permission slips must include teacher initials and parent signatures.

 

Many treks have limited slots available.  The first signed permission slips turned into Mrs. Oakes or Mrs. Bryk in Student Services are guaranteed a space on the trek.
